Order

When will I receive my order?

Delivery to France and the rest of Europe takes 8 to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery time is 10-12 days.

An email containing a tracking link and a number will be sent to you to track your order .

I have not received the confirmation email for my order.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please consider the following:

  • Check your spam box, the email might be there.
  • Please make sure that the email address provided when ordering is correct. If this is not the case, please contact us at sav@nexivo.fr to correct the information.

My tracking number is not working

Tracking numbers take up to 48 business hours to be uploaded electronically to the carrier's website.

How does the video projector work?

  1. Plug in the projector and turn it on.
  2. Connect to your Wi-Fi network.
  3. Download your favorite streaming apps from the Google Play Store, such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video and many more.
  4. Adjust focus and image.

Want to connect an external source? It’s entirely possible thanks to its HDMI port. Connect your PC, Xbox, PS5 or any other compatible device for the ultimate big-screen experience.

Can I connect it to my phone?

Yes, absolutely. With its wireless streaming feature, you can easily mirror content from your phone or other compatible devices.

Can I connect my Bluetooth speaker?

Yes! Our video projectors are equipped with audio speakers.

You also have the option to use a Bluetooth speaker for a personalized sound experience!

Can I make an exchange or return?

If there is a problem, can I get a refund?

In the event of a problem, we will fully refund your purchases.
